The government of the federal democratic republic of Ethiopia The Somali regional state Godey city administration finance and economic development office has received fund for fiscal year 2017.

1. 1. The Somali regional state Godey city Administration finance office now invites sealed bid from eligible and qualified bidders for supply of office furniture
   2. Bidders are required to present a copy of their renewed licenses, VAT registration certificate, supplier's registration certificate and tax clearance certificate.
   3. Suppliers shall furnish that they have performed at least two similar contract of a similar nature during the last 2 & 3 years.
   4. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased starting from the date of this invitation is announced, from the office mentioned below and upon the payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 300 (three hundred birr) on the submission of a written application to the address below. The method of payment will be in cash.

5.   Bidders must bid for all described items of goods in a single lot I Partial bidding     

      for item/items in a single lot is not considered.

6. The bid must be delivered to the SRS Godey, at 3:00 P.M on 30^th day of announcement of this invitation for bid notice on The Ethiopian Herald newspaper. Late bids will be rejected.
7. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at 3:30 P.M on 30th day of announcement of this invitation for bid notice on The Ethiopian Herald newspaper at the SRS Godey city Administration finance office. If there will be public holiday and weekend on this date, the closing and opening of the bid will take place on the next working day at the same time and the same venue. The bid must be accompanied a bid security of not less than 20,000 (twenty thousand birr) of the total bid price.
8. The SRS Godey city Administration finance office reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
