1. Sidama Bank invites all interested and eligible bidders by this National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the purchase of Attestation Service for Existing Bankers Realm (BR.NET)Core Banking System. The Bid remains floating from September 25, 2024, at 8:00 AM, to October 14, 2024, at 3:00 PM.

2. Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the Requirements stated here below
- Original Bid Security. Availability of Letter of Authorization to sign the bid offers, Anti-bribery pledge form: Bidders should have a valid and renewed trade license for the year: Bidders should be VAT registered: Bidders should have Tax clearance certificate. Bidders should submit Legal establishment documents (including Joint venture if any).
3. Interested bidders can purchase the bid documents from Sidama Bank Sc, Head Quarter, Facility & Procurement Department, Addis Ababa, Mikwor Plaza Building, 3rd Floor. Room No.312 by paying (deposit) a non-refundable fee of birr 400 (Four hundred) for each LOT on Sidama Bank, Beklobet Branch During working hours starting from September 25/2024 at 8.00.AM at Addis Ababa.
4. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the total amount on the above table. The bid bond shall be furnished in one of the following forms:
a. Certified Cheque/CPO issued by a recognized domestic bank or
b. Bond issued by and/or confirmed through a recognized / reputable Domestic bank.
4.1. The Bank that issues the bond as per 4 (b) here above shall unequivocally guarantee to pay the purchaser immediately upon the first written demand of payment. The Purchaser's written demand of payment shall not be subject to any condition whatsoever.
4.2. The bond issuing bank shall clearly incorporate the content stated under Clause. 4.1 here above on the issued bond.
4.3. The Bid Security shall be issued in the name of the bidder's Company as appropriate that participated in the bid;
5. Bid proposal will be received at Sidama Bank Sc, Head Quarter Facility & Procurement Department. Addis Ababa. Mikwor Plaza Building. 3rd Floor, Room No.312. before or on October 14, 2024, until 3:00 PM. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted.
6. Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on October 14, 2024, at 3:30 PM, at Sidama Bank Sc, Head Quarter 3rd Floor. Room No.312.
7. The Bidder is allowed to partially or Fully (LOT-1/Lot-2/Lot-3) participate in purchasing and proposing the Bid.
8. Sidama Bank reserves the right to reject all or parts of this bid.
