To achieve its objective, the Imagine Iday Tigray coordination office currently has the plan to purchase Sinar line Exercise books with plastic hardcovers. Pencils, Eraser, Sharpner, and Pen link Offix

Produced Combined Desks with transportation to its selected project areas per the sample provided with the Bid documents. Therefore, imagine 1day invites all eligible bidders to complete the supply of the above-listed scholastic materials with the delivery of the materials to 11day regional office- Mekele

Tenders duly filled must be accompanied by:

• Renewed business Icense, commercial registration certification registration certificate, taxpayer registration certificate, certificate of competence. and value-added tax declaration.
• Bid security bond of 2% of the bid amount by CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee (cash or insurance bonds are not accepted).
• The winner shall start delivering the scholastic materials within 2 (two) days from the date of the agreement signed.
• Payment is going to be made only after delivery of the materials.
• The bid-offer should include all aforementioned tender documents and mark, bidders name, address, and legal stamp of the bidder and submit financial (with two copies one original and one copy) and technical documents (with two copies one original and one copy) in a sealed and stamped envelope separately in 4 envelopes with each of copy to imagine 1day regional coordination office-Mekelle.
• Documents with the list of activities can be obtained from the imagined 1day Mekelle office from 23/09/2024 to 01/10/2024 by paying 200 birrs
• For stationary Bid will be closed on 02/10/2024 at 4:00 local time and opened on 02/10/2024: at 4:30 local time
• For combined desk Bid will be closed on 02/10/2024 at 9:00 local time and opened on 02/10/2024: at 9:30 local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representative who choose to attend at imagine 1dayMekelle office.
