The Natural Resources Stewardship Programme II (NatuReS II) is a multi-stakeholder partnership project aimed at promoting sustainable management of natural resources in Ethiopia, Zambia, South Africa, and Tanzania. The project supports stewardship multi-stakeholder partnerships as instruments of consensus-building processes for addressing shared natural resources risks in selected economic zones with extreme resource use pressure. In addition to the public sector and the private sector, the project particularly involves civil society actors representing marginalized groups.

In this regard, the programme is seeking to commission a consulting firm to provide technical training on water use.

How to Apply:
• All bids must be delivered/submitted physically to the address below at or before 

   4:00 PM on Monday, October 7, 2024.
• Bidders should submit their Technical and Financial Proposals separately as per    

   the issued tender document.
• Your financial offer has to be in line with the provided bid sheet.
• The financial offer should be in ETB. The technical offer should include a CV, a copy     

   of supporting documents (educational and professional), and a concept (highlighting   

   understanding of the ToR, Methodology and proposed action plan) and should be a    

   maximum of 10 pages.
• Your offer might be rejected or disqualified if the technical and financial offer is NOT submitted separately and if financial offer is not submitted as per the bid sheet
• GIZ reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
