Ethiopian Airlines Group intends to invite qualified Category 1 General and Building contractors (GC/ BCI) for the Design-Build of Semera Airport Terminal and Ancillary Facilities Renovation. The bid is open to all local bidders and international bidders with local trade license to participate on national competitive bids.: -
1. Any legally established bidders in Ethiopia with renewed Trade License for the current year, Valid Tax clearance, VAT registration certificate, Taxpayer Identification Certificate (TIN) & Tax clearance certificate stating the bidder is eligible to participate in any public tender and valid at least at the deadline for submission of bids and Renewed certificate of registration from authorized body in category GC/ BCI and Registration as Supplier in the list of the mandated public body, can get the tender document.
2. The design and construction of the works shall be completed within 365 calendar days from the commencement of this tender notice
3. Bidders can get the bid document from the date of announcement until October 18, 2024 by depositing non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T483 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip to the below email address and will get the tender document by return Email.
4. Bidder must furnish a bid security amounted ETB 500,000.00 (five Hundred Thousand Birr only) in the name of Ethiopian Airlines Group in the form of CPO or unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee. Any insurance guarantee shall not be accepted. The Bid shall be valid for a period of 150 calendar days after tender opening.
5. Bidder must submit their sealed bid document in separate envelopes i.e., the (Technical Proposal, Financial Offer, and Bid Security) and on outer envelope, duly marking the innerenvelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES", document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical section before/on October 18, 2024, at 3:00 PM. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM, at Ethiopian Airlines Group Head office bid opening room at the presence of those interested bidders or their representatives.
