Ethiopian Sugar Industry Group (Omro Kuraz No-2 Sugar Factory) now invites sealed bids from prospective bidders for the supply (FOB Djibouti) of Mechanical Spares, Electrical & Instruments Spare

Invitation for International Bid (for the second time) IFB/ OKSF-2/03/2024

1. Ethiopian Sugar Industry Group (Omo kuraz No-2 Sugar Factory) has allocated a budget towards the cost of goods. It is intended that part of the proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued.
2. Ethiopian Sugar Industry Group (Omro Kuraz No-2 Sugar Factory) now invites sealed bids from prospective bidders for the supply (FOB Djibouti) of
   Lot-1 Factory Boiler No. 1 Mechanical Spares
   Lot-2 Factory Boiler No. 1 Electrical & Instruments Spare
3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of:
   a. Omo Kuraz 2 Sugar Factory Addis Ababa Procurement liaison office, Kasanchis, near Meneharia Hotel at Tendaho office, Tel.no: +251-11 557 9684, 09 17 826 584 or 09 11 136 530 Addis ababa/Ethiopia
4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of Valid licenses, VAT registration certificate, registration certificate from the Ministry of Finance and a Written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian bin 500 (Five hundred birr).
5. The date, time, and place of opening of the tender are clearly specified in the tender document.
6. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Factory Boiler No. 1 Mechanical Spares & Factory Boiler No. 1 Electrical & Instruments Spare Birr 100,000.00 (one hundred Thousand Birr) or Equivalent in foreign currency for each lot. 
7.  Ethiopian Sugar Industry Group (Omo Kuraz No-2 Sugar Factory) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
