Working with both governments and businesses, we aim to transform food systems so that they deliver more nutritious food for all people, especially those most vulnerable to malnutrition.

1. Interested and eligible consultant shall be a firm with the following expertise: Demonstrable expertise/ educational and proven experience in conducting similar Media Engagement assignments, including proven track record of timely service delivery supported by evidence.
2. Bidders are invited to collect the biding document from GAIN-Ethiopia Office located at Bole Sub-City, behind the Embassy of Rwanda in front of Ayer Amba High School HGS Offices 3rd Floor, Starting from Monday June 22, 2024.
3. The Bidders must be presented the copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate is required while submitting the bid document.
4. The Bid price validity shall be 60days.
5. Bidders must submit the Technical and Financial Bid in Separate envelopes,
6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on or before August 02, 2024, at 10:00 AM local time at the place mentioned under No.7 below.
7. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 2 to 5 shall result in automatic rejection.
8. The GAIN reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
