1.Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested bidders to participate on the bid for the procurement of
Silent (soundproof) Three Phase Diesel Generator and Silent (soundproof) Single Phase Generator.
Therefore, interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:-

2.The Bidder shall present (MAF) Manufacturer Authorization letter Directly from the Manufacturer.
3.Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding document starting from July 22, 2024, upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 300 (Birr Three Hundred only) to Customer Transaction Service office, Tower II, Ground Floor and collect the bid documents from Procurement Directorate Tower III, 1stfloor.
4.Bidders must furnish bid security of Birr 50,000.00 for standby silent (Three phase Diesel Generators & Birr 15,000.00for standby silent (single phase Diesel Generator) in the form of CPO or Un-conditional Bank Guaranty from recognized bank.
5.Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before August 06,2024 at 10:00A.M.or (4; 00 Local time) at Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower III, 1st floor.
6.Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on August 06, 2024 at 10:05 A.M or (4:05) Local Time in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives. an

8.Bidders should present Original & Copy of their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelope.
9.The language of the tender is English. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
