የተባበሩት ብሔራዊ ፒትርሲያም ስክሲዮን ማህበር
Yetebaberut Beherawi Petroleum (YBP) invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate for Design & Consultancy of Fuel Depot Work at Semera Airport as per the following commitment to bidders.
1. Bidders Grade 1 up to 3 who are interested and have experience with projects of similar nature and complexity can obtain the bid documents from our Head Office, located at the address specified below, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 300.00 birr (Three hundred birr) from the date of issuance of the bid.
2. Bidders must submit photocopy of currently renewed and valid business license.
3. Bidders shall submit one original as well as one copy of technical and financial proposals. The technical proposal should be submitted in one envelope whereas the financial proposal and bid security should be submitted in a separate envelope. These two envelops should then be placed in a sealed outer envelope.
4. Bidders should submit their offer in a sealed envelope marked "Design & Consultancy of Fuel Depot Work at Semera Airport"
5. All bids must be submitted to address below effective July 29/2024, before 2:00PM. Late bids will not be considered.
6. All bidders must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid amount accompanied with CPO/Bank Guarantee valid for at least 90 (Ninety) days after July 29/2024.
7. Technical proposals of the bidders will be opened in the presence
of bidders or their legal representatives on July 29/2024 at 2:30PM.
8. Yetebaberut Beherawi Petroleum S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
