 Contract title:- supply and Delivery of Farm Hand tools 

1. The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, Ministry of Aguriculture received financing from the world Bank towards the cost of Resilient Landscape and Livelihood project (RLLP), AND INTENDS TO APPLY PART OF THE PROCEEDS TOWARD PAMYENTS UNDER THE contract for the Supply and delivery of nursery Materials.
2. The Ministry of Agriculture, now, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following materials

Bidding will be conducted through Natioal Request for Bidding (NRFB) procedures as specified in the world Bank procurement Regulations for Investment project Financing (IPF) Borrowers as indicated in ‘procurement in investment project Financing, Goods, Works, Non consulting and consulting services’ Fourth Edition November 2020 and the world Banks’s Guidelines on preventing and Combating Fraud and Corruption in projects Financed by IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grant’s revised as of July 1, 2016 all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement regulation 
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Agriculture procurement Executive Block A, 2^nd Floor, or SLMP project office Block B, 2^nd floor and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 9:00 to 12:00 A.M and 2:00 to 5:00 P.M. at the address give bellow. 5. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders up on the submission of the written application  to the address below and upon payment of nonrefundable fee of Birr 100.00 or an equivalent amount. The method of payment should be bank transfer through account number 1000009144009 for the beneficiary of Ministry of Agriculture 
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before August 22, 2024 at 2:00P.M. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives and anyone who interested to attend at the address below on August 22,2024 at 2:15PM.
7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security amounting ETB 450,000.00 for all items in a freely convertible currency in the form on CPO or unconditional bank guarantee. Insurance guarantee is not acceptable
