Bid No. 11-07-2024 Invitation on open bid for the Design Supply and Erection and Commission of printing Machinery and Equipment

Mega printing plc would like to invites internationally reputed and eligible bidders for design supply erection and commission of different printing machinery and equipment that was planned to be supplied transported and installed in mega mekelle printing Brach, Tigray Ethiopia. Thus Bidders are here by invited to submit their Technical proposal and financial offer separately two copies and one original in a sealed envelope for assignment described in the bid document.

1. Interested & eligible bidders must present their valid professional and relevant trade license renewed for the current year.
2. Interested & eligible bidders should purchase the bid document (RFP) against nonrefundable payment of ETB 500 from Mega printing pLc located at mega building room no 103, Bole road, Africa Avenuesince the first day the announcement appeared on the newspaper.
3. Bidders shall submit both original & Copy of the technical and financial proposal in a separate sealed envelope in one original and one copy. The envelopes containing the proposal should be clearly marked technical or financial as well as copy or original as per the proposal as in it.
4. Bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the total bid price in CPO. The bid security should be in CPO in the name of Mega printing plc.
5. The Successful bidder shall furnish unconditional performance bond equals to 10% of the total bid price from recognized bank.
6. Bidders shall submit & insert the sealed bid proposals into the bid box located at Mega Building Room Number 106 Bole Africa Avenue Addis Ababa until 4/9/2024 at 1:00 pm in working hours.
7. Bid wil be closed at 1:00 pm on 4/9/2024
8. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at 1:30PM on 4/9/2024
9. If any question, please informed us in written pror to five days of the closing date. Mega printing plc reserves the right to receipt or reject any or all bids
