INTERNATIONAL COMPETITIVE BIDDING (ICB)

INVITATION TO BIDDERS TENDER No. MCF/Re-10/2024

Chemical Industry Corporation Mugher Cement Factory invites eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the Supply of Haver & Boecker Pack Machine Spare Parts.

1. Eligible Suppliers / Agents could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of their renewed licenses (Foreign Trade Auxiliary) VAT Registration Certificate, Registration Certificate Issued from the Ministry of Finance & Economic against payment of a non-refundable Birr 115.00 from the Procurement Department, Addis Ababa Beklo Bet Garad Building 3rd Floor during working days from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

2. Bids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bidder offer in the form of a Bank Guarantee held by the Supplier Name (not by local agent) which will be payable on first demand by Chemical Industry Corporation Mugher Cement Factory.

3. Wax-sealed Bids shall be delivered to the Chemical Industry Corporation Mugher Cement Factory Procurement Department, Addis Ababa office on or before September 03, 2024, at 9:30 A.MBidders should provide one Original and one copy of "Technical" and "Financial" documents separately.

4. Information you enter the hard currency you are competing for (Euro or Dollar or other) It must be kept clear.

5. Bids (Technical offer) will be opened on the same date on September 03, 2024, at 10:00 A.M in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

6. Bidder shall submit detailed specifications of each item under quote with their bidding documents.

7. Failure to comply with the conditions from 2 up to 7 above may result in an automatic rejection.

8. MCF reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
