DEVELOPMENT BANK OF ETHIOPIA INVITATION FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID Bid Ref. No.: DBE/NCB/W/017/2023/24

Development Bank of Ethiopia invites Grade 6 G.C and/or above interested Bidders for the Procurement of Dessie District office building maintenance and parking shade civil works.

Therefore,

1. Interested bidders are required to submit the following documents together with their bid document:-

2. Interested bidders may Purchase a complete set of bidding documents starting from July 15, 2024 upon payment of non-refundable Birr 200.00 (Birr Two Hundred only) to Corporate Branch office Tower II, Ground floor and collect the bid documents in soft copy from Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1st floor through your Email Address. Interested bidders may also Purchase a complete set of bidding documents from DBE Dessie District, Phone No: 0333123957 or 0333120087 Up on payment of non-refundable birr 200.00 (Birr Two Hundred) to the banks' of Dessie district finance around shell fuel station at Dessie Town.

The bidders shall inform the bank in person, if they could not receive the bid document through the mail address within one (01) day after purchased of the bid document. Otherwise, the bank is not accountable.

3. Bidders must furnished bid security of Birr 25,000.00 (Birr Twenty Five Thousand only) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized bank.

4. Bid Proposal shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before August 02, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. at Development Bank of Ethiopia, Head Office, Addis Ababa, Tower III, 1st floor, Procurement Directorate.

5. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on August 02, 2024 on 10:05 A.M. in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
