2. The bid documents can be obtained commencing July 15, 2024 from the Supply Chain Directorate, Procurement Office on the 16th floor at Wegagen Tower, opposite A.A Stadium by depositing a non-refundable fee of Birr 300.00 (Three hundred Birr) for each lot at any Wegagen bank branch and submitting a copy of the deposit slip during office hours.
3. It is mandatory to provide a copy of the renewed trade license, the tax clearance, the TIN, and the VAT/TOT certificate.
4. All bidders are required to specify the method of payment, delivery date, and warranty period.
5. Bidders must submit a bank bid bond guarantee/CPO Birr 100,000.00 for each lot 1, 2, 3, and 4, and Birr 75,000.00 for lot 5, issued in the name of "Wegagen Bank S.C," in the technical proposal or a sealed envelope.
6. The bidders must present their technical and financial proposal documents with a copy for each lot separately in sealed envelopes
7. The bid documents should be deposited in the tender box prepared separately for each lot at Wegagen Bank S.C, Director Supply Chain Management office, during regular business hours, before
July 31, 2024 as follows:

8. All bids submitted after the closing date and time will be automatically rejected.
9. Failure to comply with any of the conditions in 1 to 7 above will result in automatic rejection of the Bidder.
10. The price quoted must include all other governmental taxes (TOT/ VAT) and the validity date of the price and bid bond guarantee should not be less than 120 days.
11.Bidders must specify their price clearly, indicating whether the bank will arrange a letter of credit or not.
12. The winner suppliers shall provide 10% of the award amount in the form of a performance bond guarantee/CPO before signing a contract and taking a purchase order.
