1. Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested and potential bidders for the procurement of Proposal for Construction input Material, Labour & Equipment Cost/Price Supply Service. Therefore Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents;
ii. Renewed trade license
iii. Tax clearance certificate
iv. TIN Certificate
v. VAT Registration Certificate
2. Interested bidders shall Purchase complete set of bidding documents beginning from July 15, 2024 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 200 (Birr Three hundred only) to Corporate Branch, Tower II. Ground floor and collect the bid document Soft Copy from Procurement Directorate, Office No.104. Tower III, 1st floor.

3. Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before July 30, 2024 at 10:00 A.M (in the
morning) at the Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office Tower III, 1st floor.
4. The Bid's shall be opened on the above mentioned address, on July 30, 2024 at 10:05 A.M (in the morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
5. Interested bidders may obtain further information from DBE Head Office, Procurement Directorate, Tower III, 1st floor, Tel. +251 11 5578088, ext. 364/805;
6. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents with 2 copies separately in the sealed envelope.
7. The language of Tender shall be English.
8. DBE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
