Engender Health is seeking bid proposals from qualified firms to conduct baseline survey & Gender, Youth and Social Inclusion (GYSI) Analysis for The Strengthening Service Delivery in Ethiopia (SSD) project is the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) funded project which aims to address three root causes of low family planning (FP) uptake, RMNCH, nutrition, and immunization coverage: 1) poor health care worker competency; 2) shortcomings at service delivery points such as inefficient patient flow and management, and 3) limited supplies and commodities, that prevent women and children from receiving quality care. Additionally, the project plans to pilot an integrated model of RMNCH care, E-MOTIVE, and reaching zero-dose
children's strategies in selected health care facilities.
Applicants are advised to carefully review and comprehensively respond to and integrate relevant portions of the ToR in their proposal submissions. Proposals not meeting the TOR requirements will not be considered.

The final date for proposal submission will be Friday July 26, 2024; 11:00 am before noon. Late submission will not be accepted.
