Catholic Relief Services / Ethiopia (CRS/Ethiopia) is a country program of Catholic Relief Services which is an international humanitarian agency working to alleviate human sufferings and foster human development in Ethiopia.

In relation to this, CRS Ethiopia would like to invite experienced and professional fumigation and spray services provider for CRS' food grain commodities stored in different PDP warehouses located at Mekelle, Adama, Dire Dawa, Kombolcha, &Hawassa

Interested Bidders are expected to fulfill the requirements stated

here below.

✓ Renewed Business License of the sector

✓ Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax Certificates.

✓ Organization profile showing, past performance record on similar services and other relevant credentials.

✓ Recommendation letter from other organizations (Three most recent references).

✓ Fumigation companies are required to submit the names of the key fumigation workers (lead fumigators) and the types and dates of fumigation training that they have received in the last 15 years how betsdale bosstoups.

The companies who are interested to participate in the tender should have renewed business license for the sector & Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax Certificates.

The complete bid documents are available from July 10, 2024, during office hours Monday to Friday at CRS/Ethiopia office located at Swaziland St. Gulele Sub-City, Enkulal Fabrica, P.O.

Box 6592, Addis Ababa.

Duly completed bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to CRS/Ethiopia Addis Ababa office, clearly marked by "Bidders Name, Address, Legal Stamps Signature and Tender Number". Bidders should submit their technical and financial documents in two different sealed envelopes into the bid box provided for this purpose only at CRS Ethiopia Addis Ababa

The last bid submission date is July 24,2024, up to 3:00pm. Bids after this date and time will not be considered.

Note: The supplier or Service provider agrees to adhere to the requirements laid out in the supplier and service provider code of conduct.
