Bid Notice for the Procurement of Vehicles Bid# (OIE/OD/VEH/076/24
Orbis International Ethiopia (OIE) invites all interested and eligible suppliers to bid for the supply of the below four units of used and brand- new Toyota vehicles:
- Used Toyota Land Cruiser, Hard Top, LWB, 4WD, Diesel, whose year of manufacture is 2018 and after
- SUV(Sports Utility Vehicle) model 2024
- Small Sedan vehicle whose year of manufacture is 2024.
- Used Toyota pickup-Hilux- double cab Diesel, whose year of manufacture is 2018 and afterBid documents can be obtained from OIE Head Office with a payment of ETB 200 as of July 16,2024.All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of bid amount in the form of CPO or bank guarantee which is unconditional and payable upon OIE's first demand.
Bid documents can be collected during working days from Monday to Friday between 3:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
Bidders should submit their offers along with all the required legal documentations to Orbis International Ethiopia on or before July 29, 2024, up to 4:00 PM.
