Our company Ye Blue Nile Micro and small enterprises S.C invites competitive and eligible biders who are willing to participate by fullfilling the requirements set by sell more than 150 apparetemts on behalf of our company by his/her full package investemnt such as office, logistics, human resource and promotion and other required inputs without any advance payment from our company.

Our company is intending to conduct an a legal agent selction process for appartement sells works of the above mentioned process. The employer shall evaluate and compare only bids determined to be substantially responsive to the requirements of the Bid prepared Documents.

1. BIDDING

a. Bidding will be conducted through local Competitive Bidding Procedure and is open to all eligible bidders.

b. The bid document shall be collected from (Ye Blue Nile micro and small Enterprises Share Company Manager office responsible for bid process), located at lemi kura subcity, woreda 02, house No.99991 on yeka Abado Main Road in front of Ozone School, on working hours, (Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 12:00PM; 1:00 PM -

5:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM - 12:00 PM) starting from July 03,2024. c. The eligible bidders must submit their bids in their own names only.

d. When the bidders win He or She deliver one year Legal Insurance Bond must be Guarantee in favor Ye Blue Nile micro and small Enterprises Share Company in any other form is not acceptable.

e. All bids must be deposited in the tender box prepared for this purpose at Manager Office, during office hours before July 16, 2024 at 10:00 A.M at place mentioned above.

f. The bid will be opened on July 16, 2024 at 10:30 A.M in the presence of bidders at their legal representatives who wish to attend at the place mentioned above.

2. NOTICES:

a. Bids submitted by bidders which do not meet the above mentioned requirements shall be rejected without further notice.

b. Ye Blue Nile micro and small Enterprises Share Company demands strict adherence to deadlines and bids submitted beyond the final submission date will not be considered.

c. Ye Blue Nile micro and small Enterprises Share Company reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
