Habesha Cement S.C hereby invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the construction works of at its plant site located in Oromia regional state, Welmera Woreda, Holeta town, 35km from Addis Ababa. Habesha Cement S.C invites eligible bidders with Category of G.C/B.C Grade-7 and Above renewed for 2016 E.C with other appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating bidder's compliance including:

• Trading license renewed for 2016 E.C:
• Valid tax clearance certificate
• VAT registration certificate,

All Bids Must be accompanied with a Bid Security of ETB 50,000.00 (ETB Fifty Thousand).Interested eligible bidders may obtain the complete set of bidding documents at Habehsa Cement S.C head office located at the address given below, from 8:00 to 12:00 am Monday to Friday and 2:00 to 11:00 Am, on or before 17th July 2024 10:00 AM.

Bids will be opened on the same date at 10:30 AM in the presence of designated representatives of bidders who chooses to attend. The National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process will be used to conduct the bidding, which is accessible to all qualified bidders and is described in the bidding materials. The detailed qualification criteria and specifications for the intended service are stated in the bidding document.
