Remark:-Suppliers are requested to deliver the seedlings from their sources of seedlings to the below listed project kebeles by their own transportation and the price of seedlings and the transportation cost should be provided separately. The distance of each kebele is considered from Sodo Town for your reference and this is applicable for Lot One only.

Any interested and competent supplier is required to submit the followingdocuments alongside their price offers:
- Renewed business license for the year 2016 E.C
- Tax Identification Number and Value Added Tax Certificate
- Valid receipt (for supplier who are selected to deliver the item)
- 2% CPO from the total cost should be submitted.
- Previous experience /recommendation certificate on similar work must be provided.
- Quality Assurance Certificate should be provided.
- The price and all required documents handwriting should be in English.
