• The Jimma Water Supply And Sanitation Service Enterprise Invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for THE SUPPLY OF POLYELECTROLYTE AND CALCIUMHYPOCHLORITE CHEMICAL TO BE USED FOR POTABLE WATER
• Selection of the Supplier will be conducted in accordance with the open national tendering procedures contained in the procurement. document There fore

1.  To be eligible for bidding of this porcurment, supplier must be duly registered as Supplier and above with the license valid for the year 2024. Bidders have to bring renewed business license valid for year 2024, VAT registration certificate, tax identification certificate and tax clearance certificate.
2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the address below (6) and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Jimma Town Water Supply Office, Dippo Street. From 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday during working days.
3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below (6) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1000.00 (ETB One Thousand ony).
4.  Bids shall be valid for 60 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Only) in the form of Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids must be delivered to the address below (6) on or before 2:00 p.m.
5. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at Jimma Town Water Supply and sanitation service Enterprise, Dippo Street, on 15 (Fifteen working day after announcement at magazen) at 2:00 PM.
6. Address documents may be purchased and bids be opened at: Oromia Regional Government, Jimma Town Water Supply Office.
7. The Jimma Town Water Supply Office has the right to accept or reject fully or partially any bid, and annul the bid process.
