Brand development and communications collateral design

ALLPI is an intergovernmental organization established through a Charter signed by 17 heads of State of COMESA Countries in 1990. The mandate of ALLPI is to facilitate the development of the leather sector in Africa by implementing interventions aimed at transforming the leather sector from the production and export of raw materials to the production and export of finished products.

ALLPI aims to contract one creative agency to implement a unique branding and communications collateral designs. The assignment will focus on creating the brand and collateral design for the ALLPI.

The objectives of this assignment include:

1) Creating a complete long-term visual brand for ALLPI.

2) Producing the designs of print and digital institutional communications collateral for ALLPI.

Scope of the Work:

a) Manage the branding and communications collateral design project: This must follow a project management approach based on detailed work plans for the completion of the assignment within its desired timeline.

b) Deliver a schedule of needed meetings and discussions: These will aim to develop each of the brands' position, personality, promise etc., based on each of ALLPI's vision, mission, values and objectives.

c) Facilitate all brand development meetings.

d) Deliver all aspects of each brands' visual identity stated in the detailed Terms of Reference.
