1. The Dashen Bank S.C invites all interested and eligible bidders to procure the Design and Build work of aPaperless/Smart Conference Room at Dashen Bank's HQ building,
2. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bid. (RFB) as specified in the bid document, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the bidding document.
3. Interested eligible Bidder information from contacting by specified below email may obtain further address and review the bidding document during office hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
4. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the bidding document and designhttps://dashen. Via https://extratenders.net  and afrotender.com /or afrotender.com
5. To access the bidding document by having paid a non-refundable fee of ETB 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr)or equivalent currency easily convertible in Ethiopia starting from July 7, 2024, to July 23, 2024.
6. Bid proposals must be delivered in business days to the address; Dashen Bank S.C. Head Quarters Building,in front of National Bank of Ethiopia, Supply Chain Management Department, 7th floor, P.O. Box 12752Addis Ababa-Ethiopia on or before July 23, 2024, up to 5:00 PM in East African Time (EAT). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted and late bids will be rejected.
7.  Bid proposals shall be opened on July 24, 2024, at 2:30 PM in the afternoon East African Time (EAT) inthe presence of bidders or official representatives at Dashen Bank S.C, Supply Chain ManagementDepartment, Head Quarter Building, 7th floor in front of National Bank of Ethiopia.
8. A bidder shall present a bid security ETB 500,000.00/Five Hundred Thousand /by writing address of"Dashen Bank S.C" in the form of irrevocable and unconditional Bank Guarantee or Cashier's Payment order (CPO) or an equivalent amount in freely convertible currency with counter guarantee with one of eligible Commercial Banks in Ethiopia at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal. The bid proposal valid for 90 days.
9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
