1. Yegna Microfinance Institution S.C invites interested bidders for Consultancy service of a core banking, Cloud Data center, and disaster recovery site implementation project.
2. Interested bidders are required to submit the following together with their bid documents:
- Renewed Trade License
- Valid clearance certificate
- TIN Certificate
- Supplier registration certification
- VAT registration certification
3. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents beginning from the date of announcement of the bid upon payment of a non-refundable birr 500 (Five Hundred Birr Only) to our Main Branch office located at Addis Ababa, Kebena Roundabout, Federal Housing Corporation Bldg.
4. Bid shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose before 22 July 2024 at Yegna Microfinance Institution S.C Head Office.
5. Bids shall be opened at the above-mentioned address, on 22 July 2024 at 9:30 A.M (Morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives.
6. The bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of 2% in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from a recognized bank.

8. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in Sealed envelopes.
9. The language of the Tender shall be English.
10. Yegna Microfinance Institution S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
