South Nations Nationalities and Peoples Regional State Industrial Parks Development Corporation (SNNPRS IPDC) wants to announce a correction of telephone number and address missed erroneously on Addis Zemen Newspaper dated on June 30, 2024

It has been recalled that The South Nationalities and Peoples Regional state Industrial Parks Development Corporation (SNNPRSIPDC) has advertised invitation for competitive Bids for the procurement of different types of machineries on Addis Zemen Newspaper dated on June 30, 2024 p.14 (ሰኔ, 23 ቀን  2016 ዓ.ም ገጽ 14) theTelephone number and address missed erroneously. Hence, the Telephone number and address is written as follows.

1.  The South Nations Nationalities and Peoples Regional State Industrial Parks Development Corporation (SNNPRS IPDC) Invites eligible and qualified bidders for procurement of different types of machinery classified in different lots according to listed below.

2. Bidders must have a valid, renewed business license and have paid current taxes.

3. Bidders must provide Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), Value Added Tax (VAT) registered certificate

4. Bidding will be conducted through the standard bidding document (SBD) for procurements of works for national competitive bidding (NCB) prepared by federal public procurement and property administration Agency, 2011 G.C.

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect bidding document at the address below from 8:30 A.M up to 5:00 P.M from Monday to Friday.

6. Bidders are instructed to submit one original and two copies of technical and financial documents in different folders. Labeled as ORIGINAL AND COPY for both proposals properly, separately and shall be sealed in large outer mother envelope.

7. A complete set of Bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidders from SNNPRS IPDC procurement department by payment of non-refundable birr 400.00 (four hundred only) the method of payment shall be in Cooperative Bank of Oromia account number 1035200174951. For the document starting from appearance of this advertisement on the Ethiopian herald Newspaper for 14 calendar days. 

The final submission date and opening of the technical proposal will be on 15th date of this announcement at 12:00 A.M and 2:00 P.M respectively. If the 15th day is not a working date it will be held on the next working dates.

8. Bidders are required to submit 2% of the total bid price in the name of the Corporation. The Bid security shall be from Ethiopian Banks and Payable on demand to the SNNPRS IPDC and must be an irrevocable letter of credit, or Bank guarantee, or certificate of payment order (CPO).

9. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or representatives who choose to attend in person at SNNPRS IPDC Office. Late bidder will be rejected. SNNPRS IPDC will not be responsible for the delay in the receipt of the biding document dispatches by courier. No extension in the bid submission date in permissible on account of delay in receipt of bidding document.

10. The Corporation reserves the right to cancel the tender in whole or in part if it finds a better alternative.
