Procurement of Consultancy Service for Construction of Ware

House and Market Center

Bacho-Woliso Farmers' Cooperative Union would like invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for procurement of design, soil investigation, Environmental impact Assessment of Ware House & market center in Shagger City around Dima. Bidding will be Conducted through the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) Procedures Contained in the public procurement proclamation of the federal government of Ethiopia is open to all eligible and qualified bidders of consultancy of grade 5 and above with Certificate of Registration or Certificate of Competence from Ministry of Urban Development and Constraction/Oromia Construction Bureau/and renewed trade license valid for the year 2016 E.C. 

And who have tax clearance certificate from authorized body valid during bid evaluation.

1. Bidding documents can be purchased at working date & time in Tullu Bollo Town, Bacho-Woliso Farmers' Cooperative Union Room No-1 on summation of written application and a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two hundred Birr) starting from advertised date on The Ethiopian herald newspaper for 21 consecutive calendar days.

2. A bidder has to be registered to collect "VAT" and copy of VAT certificate, trade license and registration certificate must be submitted attached with the application.

3. Bidders may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the bidding documents, from our office.

4. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee of 50,000.00 (fifty Thousand Birr) valid for 118 days after the date of bid opening, the bid security must be addressed to

Bacho-Woliso Farmers' Cooperative Union. 

5. Submission and opening of the bid; (In Union Meeting Hall)

a, The dead line of bid (both Technical and financial Proposals Independently) submission shall be on or before 2:00:PM of 21" day

of advertised date of this announcement.

b. One original and two copy of the Financial Proposal document shall be placed in a separately wax sealed envelopes marked as "THE

FINANCIAL PROPOSAL" Signed & stamped and three of envelopes shall be placed in a large outer envelope and wax sealed. This outer envelope shall bear the submission address and other information

indicated on in ITC and BID data sheet, and be clearly marked as "DO NOT OPEN WITH THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL"

C. One original and two copy of the Technical Proposal shall be placed in a separately wax sealed envelopes marked as "THE TECHINICAL PROPOSAL" signed & stamped and three of envelope shall be placed in a large outer envelope and wax sealed. This outer envelope shall bear the submission address and other information indicated on in the bid data sheer, and be clearly marked as "DO NOT OPEN BEFORE

THE TIME AND DATE FOR BID PROPISAL OPENING"

d. In preparing the bid document bidders are expected to examine the bid data in the tender document.

e. The qualification document will be opened at 2:30 PM of 21" from advertised date. The client shall notice qualified bidders' day, time & place of the financial offer document opening publicly; after qualification document evaluation completed

f. Any attempt of submission forged (false) document, missing page and/ or indication of financial offer on the qualification document shall result in rejection of the bid.

g. The client shall not bear any responsibility for misplacement of "QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT" in "THE FINANCUAL PROPOSALS" envelope or vice versa, which result in rejection of the bidder.

6. The office reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
