HELVETAS Swiss Inter cooperation is a registered foreign organization in Ethiopia with the Authority for Civil Societies Organization ACSO (Reg. Certificate No. 0040), to operate in Rural Infrastructure, Natural Resource Management, Governance & peace, Skill Development & Employment, and Emergency Response working areas.

HELVETAS Swiss Inter cooperation would like to invite eligible consultants to Design and Development of Trail Bridges Asset Management System (TBAMS) for its Transformative Rural Access for Improved Livelihoods (TRAIL) projects. This invitation for consultancy service is floated to invite all interested and competent consultants who have the required resources and technical capacities to Design and Development of Trail Bridges Asset Management System (TBAMS) to submit their Financial and Technical Proposals as follows.

1. A TOR entitled "Bid for Design and Development of Trail Bridges Asset Management System (TBAMS)- can be obtained from HELVETAS Swiss Inter cooperation office by paying non-returnable Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr). Bid document can be collected starting July 1,2024.

2. Offers must be submitted on or before the 10th of July 2024 at 11:00AM in a wax-sealed and stamped envelope and addressed to:
