Invitation for BID (IFB)

IFB Title: Procurement of flower pot with indoor tree

Tender No: NCB/SRS-BoF/PoFP/009/2016E.C

The Somali regional state bureau of finance would like to invite all interested bidders and eligible bidders for advertising of procurement of flower pots with indoor tree.

Therefore, the following requirements are compulsory for interested bidders:-

1. Interested bidders should provide copies of relevant and valid documents with renewed trade/ printing license in the year 2016 E.C, VAT and TIN registration certificate, supplier certificate and evidence indicating that the bidder has performed taxpaying obligations from federal/regional revenue Authorities.

2. The Somali regional state bureau of finance (SRS BoF) invites all eligible bidders to submit sealed bids Containing two original and copy of technical and financial proposal separately.

3. Bid shall be valid for 5 working days starting from the day this invitation published on The Ethiopian Herald, after bid opening and the bids must be accompanied by bid security (conditional bank guarantee) or CPO not less than 2% for total price, they shall be delivered to the above office on or before closing date at 3:00 PM, permitted late bids will be rejected.

4. A complete set of bidding docu nent in English will be purchased from Jigjiga, Somali Regional state Bureau of Finance, particularly, finance, logistic planning and M&E support Process Block 3 room 09, up on payment of non- efundable fee of birr 500.

5. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to Attend at 3:30 PM afternoon at the conference room of the Finance bureau.

6. The Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid. The SRS bureau Of Finance reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
