FOR THE SUPPLY OF HDPE PIPE MATERIALS
Innovative Humanitarian Solutions Ethiopia (IHS) was established in 2013. It was registered as a Local NGO in accordance with Charities and Societies proclamation No. 621/2009 on June 25, 2013 with certificate bearing number 3075. IHS has been engaged in a wide range of poverty reduction and development activities and becoming one of the few, vibrant National charity Organization in the country. IHS invites sealed bids from all eligible bidders that are qualified, technically competent and have valid license for current Ethiopian FY 2016/2024 for the Supply and installation of distribution of line for Amhara region Alemwach site, in accordance with the following item and Specification:-

Bidders are required to submit copies of all eligible documents and license on supply of the above HDPE PIPE materials issued under commercial registration and business license.
Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive tender process. You may obtain further information from the innovative Humanitarian Solution.

The complete set of bidding documents in English for the aforementioned activities can be Obtained from IHS Addis Ababa or Gondar office during working hours from June 17, 2024 to June 28, 2024.
Time line of opening the bid
At the address mentioned above. The prospective bidder shall present his/her company's name and signing to acknowledge receipt of the bid documents. The bidder shall prepare two copies of the bid clearly marking each; Original BID" and Copy of BID "CPO/ Bank guarantee 5% is must during submission of this bid.
Bid should be submitted to the mentioned address on or before 11:00AM June 28, 2024
Late bides will not accepted. Bids will be opened 02:00 PM Friday, July 1, 2024 in the presences of bidders and their representatives.
Delivery Location:- Dabat, Alemwachi site.
