INVITATION FOR BIDS TENDER No SCWC MCB 04/2024

Sidama Construction works corporation here by invites o qualified and eligible suppliers and manufacturers to provide an offer for the supply of the following items. Supplying all items fully from the stock will be considered as advantage. (If possible)

A complete bid document may be obtained from the Office Room No 513 upon payment of a refundable fee of Birr 300 /Three Hundred Birr/ only to deposit at Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Sidama Construction Works Corporation Account Number 1000604259658 with in 15 consecutive days of this announcement. Bidders shall include in their bid currently renewed Trade license and VAT registration certificate. Bidders also shall include the letter from tax agency to participate in bidding. All bids must be accompanied by bid security of not less than 2% of the total price in the form a bank-certified guarantee ( CPO) or not and less than a 6-month unconditional bank guarantee. The bid security The must be packed with a wax-sealed financial document. The bidder shall submit the original financial proposal and copy separately in a wax-scaled envelope and also the original technical proposal and copy separately in a wax-sealed envelope for the above office on the date of July 08, 2024, after noon from 8:30 o'clock up to 11:00 o'clock local time. The bid will be opened in the presence of the interested bidder or their legal representative on July 09, 2024, at 3:30 o'clock local time in room 507 of the corporation.
