Invitation for Bids 2nd Time Announcement

1. Oromia Agricultural Cooperatives Federation Ltd Assela Malt Factory invites all interested and eligible bidders for the Procurement and delivery for: 

LOT: 1 Different mechanical and Electrical Machinery Spare parts.

2. A complete set of Bidding documents can be obtained from our Head Office located at Addis Ababa on the building next to Admas college from German square to Michael square (Jemo) Oromia Agricultural Cooperatives Federation Ltd and Assela Malt Factory around Assela town at Kulumsa kebele upon payment through Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Account No: 1000257808697 or COOP Bank 1000043405229 of non- refundable fee Birr 500.00 (Five hundred Birr) starting from the first announcement of this Invitation to Bid on Addis Zemen during office hours:

• Monday to Friday Before noon 2:00-6:00, Afternoon 7:00-10:00 (Ethiopian Local Time)
• Saturday Before noon 2:00-6:00 (Ethiopian Local Time)

3. The Bidders are requested to quote their best Competitive price and the unit and total price shall be quoted in currency of Birr.

4. Bidders must accompanied by bid security of birr 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand Birr) in the form of CPO or an unconditional bank guarantee.

5. Bids must be submitted to Oromia Agricultural Cooperatives Federation Ltd our head Office Located in Addis Ababa; building next to Admas college from German square to Michael square (Jemo) office No.10 in the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before 4:30 local time on 17th day of the first announcement of this bid notice on newspaper, if the 17th day is not a working day the bid will be opened on the next working day.

• Closing date & time of the bid: on 17th day of the first announcement of this bid Before noon at 4:30 (Ethiopian Local Time)

• Opening date & time of the bid: on the Same date at 5:00 (Ethiopian Local Time)

6. The bidder shall seal the original and copy of the financial and technical offers in separate envelopes duly marking as "original" and "copy" of financial and technical offers and shall seal both in an outer envelope.

7. Bids will be publicly opened at Addis Ababa our Head office with the presence of the bidders or their legal representatives.

8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions above shall result in automatic rejection.

9. Our factory reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
