RE-INVITATION TO BID FOR BEAN AND HARICOT BEAN

Ripple Effect Ethiopia (REI) is a registered and licensed foreign charity, REI was established in March 2006 and works to see a rural Ethiopia that is confident, thriving, and sustainable, with a growing economy and higher living stands see focuses on three thematic areas: Farm Systems, Gender, and Social Inclusion, and Enterprise Development to help co poverty and work to create a rejuvenated and abundant African environment for both current and future generation

REI is currently seeking firms that can supply Bean and Haricot Bean listed below with at least equivalent specifications described below.

Delivery addresses: Southwest Ethiopia reginal state Dawro zone Loma Bosa Woreda 6 Kebels; (Gendo Walcha, Tulema Tama. Tulema Kahi, Chicho hayo, Bosa Shoga, and Basa Tsedefa.) and Zaba Gazo Woreda 4 Kebeles: (Asho Dalachi, Bara, Yemala Boka, and Wola Duga).

Any interested and competent firm/supplier is required to submit the following documents alongside their price offers:

1. Renewed related business license.

2. TIN certificate

3. Can give a legal receipt.

4. Able to provide quality assurance of best seed quality (including germination, seed purity level). 5. Should have the required quality and quantity of seed in their stock during bid submission.

6. Bidders must be open to store visits by REI staff as part of procurement.
