INVITATION TO BID FOR AUDIT SERVICE

Yehulu SACCO here in after referred to as "the SACCO" invites interested and qualified, auditors to audit its accounts for the year ended July 07, 2024. Auditor Should:

• For audit Provide assurance service for special purpose financial statements based on the Cooperative Societies Proclamation No. 985/2016.

Bidders can submit their bid documents considering the following conditions;

1. Requirements to be fulfilled by the prospective bidder;

• Certificate of Professional Competence issued by a recognized body having a legal mandate to give such Certification;
• Trade license renewed.

• Tax Payers Registration Certificate and/or VAT Registration Certificate as may be appropriate;

• Bid Security (Bond) by means of a CPO issued from a recognized bank values of Birr 5,000.00

2. Bidders are required to submit one original and one copy Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal & CPO in two separate envelope, clearly marked Original rand copy enclosed with sealed envelopes. The two envelopes shall be presented together in one big sealed envelope.

3 The bid will be on air for 15 consecutive days and closing date will be 15th day of the announcement on Addis Zemen newspaper at 8:00 local time.

4. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who choose to attend at Yehulu SACCO Head Office Hawassa NIB Bank Building 5th floor No19 at 8:30 local time on the same date of bid closing date specified above.

5. Any proposals received after the deadline will be rejected and returned un- opened to the bidder.

6. Bidders that attain the minimum score and above in the Technical evaluation will qualify to attend in the opening of the financial proposal. The financial proposal of bidders that fail to attain the minimum score in the Technical evaluation will be returned unopened to the bidders.

7. The bidders achieving the highest Score in Financial evaluations will be the winner and be invited to sign contract agreement.

8. Conditions that result in automatic rejection of bids: Bidders that do not fulfill the requirements mentioned in, No.1 above shall be automatically rejected at the time of the bid opening.
