Invitation to bid

The Somali Regional State Mass Media Agency invites all eligible contractors for Mashruuca qalabaynta laamaha cusub ee laga furay adis abab & dire dawa SRTV for Somali Regional State Mass Media Agency, jigjiga.

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open tendering procedures con- tained in the public proclamation of the Federal government of Ethiopia and open to all eligible bidders.

2. Bidder should submit their up to date VAT registration certificate, license for 2016 E.C, Tax payer's registration certificate and Suppliers list registration certificate from concerning Authority.

3. A Complete set of document can be purchased at Somali regional state, mass media Agency, Finance Director, Office No: 8, during working hours against payment of a nonrefundable birr 500 (Five hundred)

4. Bids should be submitted along with a bid bond of 1% of the total bid price in the form of CPO or bank guarantee.

5. Bidders should place their technical and financial in separate wax-sealed envelope with two copies duly marked as "Original" and "Copy" and to be enclosed with one outer envelope to the above address at on or before June 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM local time morning. 

6. Bids should be closed on June 15, 2024 at 10:00AM local time (morning) and will be opened on the same data at 11:00 AM local time (morning).

7. The Somali regional state mass media Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bides. Bidders are initiated to fill, sign and seal all the forms of the bid documents and failure to do so will result automatic rejection from the tender. All Bids must include value added tax (VAT) on the summary of the bid price.
