OWDA ORGANIZATION FOR WELFARE & DEVELOPMENT IN ACTION
Organization for Welfare and Development in Action (OWDA) is a national non-governmental humanitarian organization established in 1999 in Jigjiga Ethiopia, serving pastorals and agro-pastoral communities in the Ethiopian Somali Regional State. OWDA has received a fund from WFP for the implementation of project entitled Capacity Strengthening of SIIPE Beneficiaries to Access Livestock Insurance, Financial and Veterinary Services in Somali Regional State with the total of 10,000 beneficiaries.
The purpose of this advertisement is to invite competent contractors/ Suppliers for Procurement VSLA kits for New VSLA Groups established by the Project.
Interested Contractors qualified and legally registered in Ethiopia for Procurement VSLA Kits, and have valid trading licenses, meet their tax obligations may obtain, the complete set of tendering documents at the following OWDA Office during office hours:

The is tendering is from 9th June - 24th June 2024. The deadline for picking the tender documents is June 22nd, 2024, 3:30 pm and submission of tender is June 24th, 2024, 10:00AM.
Bids shall be opened at the OWDA Jigjiga office on June 24th, 2024, 10:30 AM in the presence of tenders who may wish to attend.
The Organization for Welfare and Development in Action reserves the right to reject the whole or part of any or all Tender.
NB: Both the receiving and the submission of bid document will be at Jigjiga office.
