INVITATION TO BID NATIONAL COMPITITIVE BID/NCB

For the purchase of Lubricants Procurement reference number AACRA/INPUT/T-2/031/2024

Addis Ababa City Road Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the purchase of Lubricants

1. Bidders should submit currently renewed relevant trade license tax payer certificate, VAT certificate, and Commercial registration certificate supplier's registration certificate from public procurement Agency /the Ministry of finance and tax clearance certificate/PPA/.Written power of attorney and others as per the bid document.
2.  A complete set of the Bidding Document can be purchased by any interested bidders from the date of first announcement upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 400.00 (Four Hundred Birr) for the above bid in cash from head 9 office finance administrative directorates 1St floor, office No. 135.
3. All Bids must be accompanied by bid security 200,000.00(Two Hundred Thousand Birr)
4. The bid security must be in one of the following forms I Certified cash payment order (CPO) issued by a recognized domestic bank or ii Unconditional Bid Bond issued and/or confirmed through a recongnized domestic Bank.
5. A Bid security shall be required in the form Unconditional Bank Guarantee or CPO from reputable Bank that is payable to the buyer without any pre-condition during validity period of security.
6. If the Bid security is submitted in the form of bank guarantee, Unconditional Bank Guarantee the bid bond should be valid for 90 days
7. The bid bond shall be submitted separately enclosed 
8. Bidders should submit their offer in a wax sealed envelope (i.e technical and financial proposal separately) to AACR’s Head office 1^st floor room no 104 on and before the date bid closing and time stated on the above table.
9. Technical Bid will be opened in the reprepresentative on the stated bid opening date and time on the above table at AACRA’S Head office 1^st floor room no 104

Addis Ababa city road authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
