Invitation for Bid

FDRE Ministry of Industry, Integrated Agro Industrial Parks Support Project (IAIP-SP) wants to procure a Server to fulfill the infrastructure requirement for the deployment of IAIP implementation management or database through Open National Competitive Bid. The African Development Fund has granted the fund to procure this equipment.

This bid reference No. IAIP-SP/03/2024 will be floated from 8:30 A.M to 5:30 P.M from June 6, 2024 to June 21, 2024.

The bidders shall submit copies of renewed Trade License, Business Registration Certificate, Tax Payer's Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and recent Tax Clearance Certificate through email antuwa@ gmail.com; and collect the bid document. Optionally, the bidders can submit copies of those documents and collect the bid document from room number 513, 5th floor, Ministry of Industry from 8:30 A.M to 5:30 P.M from June 6, 2024 to June 21, 2024.

The bid security amounting birr 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Birr) is required; and it shall be issued in the form of CPO or bid bond in favor of Ministry of Industry.

The bidders should seal and stamp the technical and financial proposals in two envelopes separately; write bid reference number IAIP-SP/03/2024 on the outer covers of each envelopes; and submit that in a bid box at room number 513, 5th floor, IAIP-SP Office, Ministry of Industry, Arat Kilo area, Addis Ababa.

The deadline for submission of the bid proposals is at 11:30 A.M in the morning on June 21, 2024. Electronic submission of the bid proposals is strictly prohibited.
