TO OPERATE STAFF CANTEEN (FOOD SERVICE PROVIDER)
The International Community School of Addis Ababa (ICS) is a not-for-profit, non- sectarian International School with over 450 staff. In addition to its main student cafeteria, which is operated by a different service provider, ICS has a separate staff canteen for use by its employees only (students are not allowed) and would like to hire a service provider to operate this staff canteen.
ICS therefore invites eligible and experienced food service providers to participate in a bid to operate the staff canteen.
The bid document and request for proposals (RFP) can be purchased from the school's cashiers' office for a non- refundable cash payment of Birr 300 (Three Hundred) from June 10, 2024, to June 14, 2024, during business hours.
Proposals must be hand delivered to the school's Procurement Office no later than June 21, 2024, before the close of business. Proposals must be in a sealed envelope marked 'Proposal for staff canteen operation' addressed to "International Community School of Addis Ababa Procurement Office."
Business hours during this bid time are Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
ICS reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason.
