INVITATION TO TENDER Bid Announcement No.: SSNT-T458

Ethiopian Airlines Group (ETG) wants potential local manufacturers for the supply of Amenity Kit or giveaway items with a long-term contractual agreement.

Therefore, ETG invites eligible bidders who can meet the requirements stated hereunder:

1. Any legally established Amenity Kit or giveaway items manufacturer in Ethiopia

2. Bidders with valid and renewed business license, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and valid tax clearance certificate can get the tender document.

3. Bidders should deposit non-refundable ETB 100.00 (One Hundred Birr) to the nearby Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) branch referring this tender number SSNT-T458 to Ethiopian Airlines Group Account Number 1000006958277(E-99). Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip along with their company name, bid announcement number & contact phone number to the below email address and will get the Tender document by return Email.

4. Bidders should submit a bid security of ETB 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Birr) in the name of "Ethiopian Airlines Group" sealed in a separate envelope marked as "Bid Security" in the form of a CPO or unconditional bank guarantee from a recognized local bank. Any insurance guarantee will not be accepted. The bid security of unsuccessful bidders will return once the winner is selected.

5. Bidders are required to bring sealed Original and Copy of their Technical and Financial Proposal on or before July 02,2024, at 3:00 PM. The bid will be opened on the same date at 3:30 PM at Ethiopian Airlines Group head office in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
