Invitation for National Competitive Bid Reference Number:- Re-Bid ECO-035/2016

Engineering Corporation of Oromia has secured a budget for the procurement of Non- Consultancy Services of Licensed Software and Antivirus. Hence, interested bidders who can fulfill the criteria and submit the following legal documents can participate in the bid:

a. Renewed trade/business license for 2016 E.C

b. Recent Tax clearance

c. TIN certificate

d. VAT certificate

e. Other related documents

1. Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate in this bid for the supply of the aforementioned Licensed Software and Antivirus

2. Bids accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the bid price in Ethiopian Birr in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee must be submitted to the above-mentioned Office.

3. Bidders shall deliver bid documents to Engineering Corporation of Oromia (ECO), 3rd floor on or before 24 May 2024, at 10:00 A.M. Bids submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. The bid shall be opened on 24 May 2024, at 10:30 A.M at ECO Hall in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives.

4. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased from the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 (TWO Hundred) from the address indicated below.

5. ECO reserved the right to reject all or part of bids.
