The Oromia Transport Agency (OTA) now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Procurement of System Development "Bus Terminal Management System (E-tiket)" Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bid (NCB) and is open to all bidders from Eligible Source Countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.
1. A complete set of Bidding Documents in may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee 200.00 ETB (Two Hundred ETB) the method of payment will be Commercial Bank of Ethiopia Acc. No. 1000007343314 or Sinke Bank Acc. No. 1048017971225 at Oromia Transport Agency.
2. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before May 20, 2024 at 10:00 Am (Local Time) late bids will be rejected.
3. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at May 20, 2024 at 10:30 Am (Local Time).
4. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 100,000 ETB (One Hundred Thousand ETB) Unconditional Bank Bid Bond Guarantee or CPO or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
5. The Oromia Transport Agency reserves the right to reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
