Central Printing Press Building 2nd Floor,
Around Maskel flower or from Mekelle, Messebo Cement Factory,
Head Office effective from the day of announcement against payment of non-refundable Birr 200.00.
2. All Bids should be submitted in wax-sealed and stamped envelopes on or before 25/05/24, 10:00 AM European time and should be addressed and marked as follows:

3. Bidders must submit technical and financial documents separately
in two copies by coming in person to Messebo Cement Factory head office in Mekelle.
4. Bids will be closed on 25/05/24 at 10:00 AM and opened on 25/05/24 at 10:15 AM European time in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend to the above-mentioned office.
5. Messebo Cement Factory Plc. reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
