Eligible Suppliers/Agents could obtain tender documents by presenting a copy of their renewed licenses (Foreign Trade Auxiliary) VAT Registration Certificate, Registration Certificate issued from Ministry of Finance & Economic agsinst payment of a nonrefundable Hirr 115.00 from Procurement Department, Addis Ababha Bekio Bet Garad Building, Jed Floor during working days from 8:00 A.Μ. το 4:00 PM. offer

1. Hids should be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bidder offer in the form of Bank Guarantee hold by Suppliers name (not by local agent) which will be payable on first demand by Chemical Industry Corporation Mugher Cement Factory

2. Wax-scaled Bids shall be delivered to Chemical Industry Corporation Magher Cement Factory Procurement Department, Addis Ababa office on or before June 18, 2024 at 9:30 AM Bidders should provide one Original and une copy of "Technical" and "Financial" documents separately

3. Information you enter the hard currency you are competing for (Euro or Dollar or other) It must be kept clear.

4. Bids (Technical offer) will be opened at the same date on June 18, 2024 at 10:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives

5. Biddes shall submit detail specification of each items under quote with their bidding documents.

6. Failure to comply with the conditions from 2 up to 7 above may result in an automatically rejection.

7. MCF reserves the right to reject any or all bids
