Procurement of Contract for the supply of an Iron Ore as Raw Martial for Cement Production

Habesha Cement S.C. invites legally registered suppliers for the procurement of an Iron Ore with the below specification for its use as a row material for the cement production at the plant.

Interested eligible bidders must have ARAU

1. Licenses valid for the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY),

2. A trade license valid for the current Ethiopian Fiscal Year (EFY),

3. A valid VAT Registration Certificate,

4. TIN Certificate, and a valid Tax Clearance certificate.

Bidders shall clearly specify their price offer per Ton for the Iron Ore EXCLUDING 15% VAT and other tax related expenses there may be.

Bids must be delivered on or before 11th March 2024, at 10:00 A.M. to the address shown below. Bids will be officially opened on the same day in the presence of designated representatives of bidders who chooses to attend. The National Competitive Bidding (NCB) process will be used to conduct the bidding, which is accessible to all qualified bidders and is described in the bidding materials. The detailed qualification criteria and specifications for the intended service are stated in the bidding document.
