Terms of Reference (TOR) for Aluminum Partition Works

1. Background

Heifer Ethiopia is in need of a qualified service provider for aluminum partition works within its premises to create functional and efficient spaces that align with the organization's operational needs.

2. Scope of Work

The service provider will be responsible for the following:

• Site Assessment: The service provider is required to conduct a thorough site assessment to take accurate measurements of the area where the aluminum partitions will be installed. This visit must be completed within 3 days from the issuance of this TOR.
• Proforma Invoice: Based on the site assessment, the service provider must submit a proforma invoice detailing the costs associated with the partition works, including materials and labor.

3. Quality Assurance

The service provider must ensure the use of high-quality aluminum materials and professional workmanship in the installation of the partitions and should meet or exceed Heifer Ethiopia's quality expectations in terms of functionality and aesthetics.

4. Timeline

The site assessment should be scheduled and completed within 3 days from the date of this TOR.

The proforma invoice should be submitted to Heifer Ethiopia for approval shortly after the site visit, within a mutually agreed timeframe.

5. Submission of Proforma Invoice

The service provider must provide a detailed proforma invoice after the site assessment, which includes a comprehensive breakdown of all associated costs. This invoice is subject to approval by Heifer Ethiopia before any installation work commences.

6. Terms of Payment

The payment terms will be negotiated and agreed upon based on the approved proforma invoice. Heifer Ethiopia reserves the right to withhold final payment until all works are satisfactorily completed.

7. Proposal Submission

• Interested service providers are invited to submit their proposals, which should include the company profile and past experiences.
• Deadline for proposal submission: March 6, 2024, 5:00 PM
