1.The Agarfa Agricultural TVET College has allocated the required funds within the Employer's budget to use for the procurement of construction works listed below At Agarfa

2. The Agarfa Agricultural TVET College invites sealed bids from eligible bidders GC/ BC (mentioned on the above table).

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open International tendering procedures contained in the Public Procurement Proclamation of the Federal Government of Ethiopia and is open to all eligible bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Agarfa Agricultural TVET College Procurement and Finance Executive Office No. 06 (Telephone 0931 223745/0922565819,0922312270) and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 9:00am to 04:30pm Local time.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased as of Miazia 4/2016 E.C by interested eligible bidders on submission of a WRITTEN APPLICATION, VAT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE, MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION REGISTRATION CERTFICATE, egp(e-Government procurement system) registration and

TRADE LICENCE & BID PAIUTCIPATION SUPPORTING LETIER at the address below at 7(b). And upon

payment of non refundable Fee of birr shown in the table above.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below 7(c) on or before Mlazia 9/2016 E.0 02:00 PM. The bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 500,000.00 (Five Hundred thousand) or easily convertible currency payable on first demand address to the employer. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(d).

c) Bids must be delivered to Agarfa Agricultural TVET College Procurement and Finance Executive Office No. 06 (Telephone 0931223745/0922565819) up to Miazia 09/2016 E.0 before 02:00 PM

d) Address of Bid Opening at Agarfa Agricultural TVET College management meeting hall (Telephone 0931223745/0922565819,0922312270) on Miazia 9/2016 E.0 at 02:30 PM

e) The bidder shall seal the Original, Bid security and all copies of the bid in five inner Envelops i.e. (Technical proposal, Financial Offer and Bid security) and one outer Envelope, duly marking the inner envelopes as "ORIGINAL" and "COPIES" both for the "The Technical proposal" and "Financial Offer". Copy of documents should be photo Copy of the original bid document. Signed & sealed Standard Bidding Document (SBD) must be returned with Technical proposal. Failure to do will result. automatic rejection from the tender.

f) Partial rebate, like fixed sum and rebate on some items is not acceptable.
