INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR PROCUREMENT OF HAND PUMPS AND SPARE PARTS Bid number (007/24/SNV)

SNV Netherlands Development Organization would like to float a tender for interested eligible & competitive bidder for the supply of HAND PUMPS AND SPARE PARTS to support the Project as per detailed list & specification on the bid document.

Bid submission deadline: bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 18, 2024, up to 2:00 PM.

1. Late bids will not be received.

2. Interested bidder shall collect the full bid document from SNV Ethiopia Head office as of March 04, 2024. up to March 18, 2024, from the below SNV Ethiopia Address (During working days).

3. Both technical and financial offers should be in separate envelopes and dully signed and stamped.

4. Technical specification should be complete (including technical data sheet, brochures etc...).

5. All bid prices should be valid for 90 days.

6. Bid bond in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee in the amount of Birr 30,000 (must be sealed in separate envelope). It should be valid for 90 days, starting from the bid submission deadline.

7. Bidders are required to furnish the following copies of relevant documents:

■Registration documents (relevant business license...),

• VAT registration certificates

■Valid trading license

Suppliers who have the materials at stock are preferred.
