- The Oromia water & Energy Bureau (OWEB) have secured a budget for the procurement of “Construction of Civil works. Supply and installation of pipes Fittings and solar system Equipment” Therefore, interested eligible bidders are invited to participate on this bid.

2. Complete set bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidder up on presentation of renewed license, Registration Certificate issued from authorized ministry, Tax payer certificate, Registration card for VAT & Tin together & Copy of ID card. Documents in English can be purchased from the above mentioned office up on payment of non-refundable fee of birr 1000 (one thousand birr) by submission of a written application to the Oromia water & Energy Bureau.
3. Bid must be submitted to the below office on or before 14/03/2024 GC at 11:59 AM.
4. Bid will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s or their Representatives who choose to attend at 02:03 PM on the same date at 4th floor.
5. The Bureau reserves the right to reject the bids partially or fully.
