1. The Government of Ethiopia has received Grant from the African Development Fund towards the cost of the Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands, Productivity Enhancement to support for the integrated Agro Industrial Parks and Youth Employment (PESAPYE) and intend to apply part of fund to cover eligible payment under contract for the procurement of four units of motor cycles.

2. The Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands, National PESAPYE Project Coordination Unit, now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply of four units of motor cycles in the INCOTER of DDP.

3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding(NCB) and it is opened to all interested bidders regardless of their nationality and the bid evaluation and award shall be determined in accordance with the provision indicated in the bidding documents. The bidding document is prepared in English

4. The bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the office indicated below against non-refundable fee of Birr of 300(Three Hundred Birr) deposited to the Ministry's account number 1000279991609 at Ethiopian Commercial

Bank and up on presentation of renewed trade license, tax clearance, VAT registration, supplier list registration certificate and submit letter of interest.

5. Bid must be delivered to address below before or on March 21/2024 at 02:00 PM and the bid will be opened on the same date and time in the presence of bidders or bidder's legal representative.

6.Bids Must be accompanied with a Bid security of Birr 40,000.00(Forty Thousand Birr) in the form of unconditional bank guarantee or CPO

7. The Ministry reserves its right to reject any or all bids
